"Every Birdie Needs A Home"

When I came into the real estate business as a Realtor in 1998 I could be quoted as saying that "everybody needs a home".  I am still of that persuasion, whether it is a condo or an estate and anything in between, I want to make it happen.  Not everybody is ready when they first think about purchasing a home.  Often they don't know what to do first.  That's not a problem, just call and lets talk through where you are at.  Some have credit issues, too much debt, or life crisis that require time to fix.  Don't be discouraged if this sounds like you.  I have advised people as to who they can talk with to work through their issues and in time they were able to purchase a home.
